Weekly “Pony Tales” program offers free educational sessions and children’s activities from June through August.
HOLDEN BEACH, NC — A free, family-friendly event series focused on the wild horses of the North Carolina coast is heading to Holden Beach this summer.
The “Pony Tales” program, presented by the Grayce Wynds Wild Horse Preserve, will take place every Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. from June through August. Hosted at the Holden Beach Chapel, located at 107 Rothschild Street, the weekly event is free and open to the public.
Facilitated by Sue Immen, the educational sessions will feature a slideshow presentation accompanied by video, alongside dedicated activities designed for children. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the history and preservation of the region’s famous coastal wild horses.
