Mulberry Street to Close Jan. 20–May 28 for Infrastructure Improvements
Mulberry Street in Shallotte will be closed to all through traffic from January 20 through May 28 as part of the ongoing Price Landing Infrastructure Project. The closure will allow crews to safely complete major upgrades tied to the development, which is expected to support future growth in the area, said town officials in a Facebook post.
The project will require drivers to use alternate routes for the duration of the work. Town leaders are encouraging residents and visitors to plan ahead for delays, especially during peak travel times.
The Town of Shallotte thanked the community for its patience and understanding as crews move forward with the improvements.
