Notice is hereby given that the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on June 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive NE at the Brunswick County Government Center concerning the following Developer’s Agreement:
REQUEST: STRATEGIC MACO ROAD PROJECT AREA
APPLICANT: SDP BRUNSWICK, LLC
TAX PARCEL(S): 00350002105, 0350002401, 03500024, 03500025, and 03500033
LOCATION: OFF MACO ROAD NE (NC 87), TOWN CREEK ROAD NE (SR 1413), ANGEL’S GIFT TRAIL NE, BEASLEY ROAD NE, AND PATRICK DRIVE NE NEAR WINNABOW, NC.
DESCRIPTION: STRATEGIC MACO ROAD PROJECT AREA IS A DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING OF 12,499 SINGLE-FAMILY LOTS ON APPROXIMATELY 4,362 ACRES CREATING AN OVERALL DENSITY OF 2.87 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE.
