FDA RECALL: Haleon Gas‑X Extra Strength Softgels; Sold Nationwide

Contamination risk prompts recall of four lots; consumers urged to check packaging.

FDA RECALL:  Haleon has issued a nationwide recall of select Gas‑X Extra Strength Softgels 125mg (120‑count and 72‑count) after a diluted propylene‑glycol coolant leaked from packaging equipment. The contamination may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or diarrhea. No illnesses have been reported.

The recall covers products distributed April 13–May 14, 2026, meaning the affected lots may have been sold in all 50 states, including North Carolina. Only the lots listed below are included.

120 ct. (UPC 300674350419): TL8K, YH9X, YH9Y 72 ct. (UPC 300439005721): X78N All expire Nov. 30, 2028.

Consumers should stop using recalled lots and contact Haleon for reimbursement at 1‑800‑245‑1040 or mystory.us@haleon.com. Adverse reactions may be reported to FDA MedWatch.
