Growing up this was another one my mom used to make us. I always looked forward to it but when I moved I found myself craving them and needed moms help to make them. As usual she only told me what went in them. After the first time I made them I went back to her and she told me I needed more eggs in the mix for it to be right. My own kids grew up with these also because of Mom. You will need Pasta Sauce for this recipe.
Ingredients
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1 ½ Cups Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
6 Eggs
1 tsp Black Pepper
¼ Cup Parsley
Directions
Step 1: In a large bowl add your bread crumbs, cheese, pepper and parsley. Mix well.





Step 2: Add your eggs and mix well. You will need to get in there with your hands.

Step 3: Roll into small balls. Keeping your hands moist from water will make this easier.


Step 4: Add your balls to the pasta sauce and cook for 2 and a half to 3 hours.

Serve!
