Brunswick County, NC — Suds of Love, Inc. has released its updated August schedule for the Suds of Love Truck Laundry Day, offering free mobile laundry, hygiene and hot shower services for those in need and unsheltered friends.
Upcoming Serve Days – All are welcome, no ID, no questions, just care.
Aug. 7, 2026 at Camp United Methodist Church, Shallotte from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. • Laundry & Hygiene Distribution – 4807 Main Street, Shallotte.
Aug. 8, 2026 at Day 4 Hope, Supply Elementary School 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. • Hygiene & Back‑to‑School Supplies – 51 Benton Road SE, Supply.
Aug. 21, 2026 at Brunswick Family Assistance 9:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. • Laundry & Hygiene Distribution – 929 Old Ocean Highway, Bolivia.
Week of August. 23–31 Scheduled truck maintenance; some service days may be paused.
Each event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with the last load accepted at 1:00 p.m.
Community Notice: The organization shared that its Executive Director’s husband is facing health challenges in the coming months. Because of this, some serve days may be adjusted or rescheduled. Supporters are asked to check Suds of Love’s Facebook page before attending for the latest updates.
