SHALLOTTE, NC — Couples looking for a meaningful way to celebrate Valentine’s Day are invited to Hearts and Paws, a special dinner supporting Paws-Ability, a Brunswick County nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of local animals.
The event will be held Saturday, February 14, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Homestyle Foods, 5300 Main Street in Shallotte. The restaurant is donating its space and preparing a full dinner featuring prime rib or chicken parmesan with sides and dessert. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages.
Paws-Ability uses community fundraisers like this to support emergency veterinary care, low-cost spay/neuter programs, pet food assistance, and other initiatives that help families and animals across the county.
The evening includes raffle prizes and photo opportunities, making it a fun and heartfelt way to spend the holiday while giving back.
