Charlene was born August 29, 1957 in George Washington University Hospital in Washington DC to the late Harry Brooks Compton and surviving Helen Rebecca Graham. She leaves behind her mother Helen Rebecca Graham, her brother Don Compton, three daughters, Tiffany Fowler, Jessica Pyecha, the late Jorden Pyecha and three granddaughters Eden Fowler, Jorden Fowler, and Linden Fowler.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 26, 2026 at Efland United Methodist Church meeting hall 3418 US 70 Efland, NC
