Chadbourn Woman Arrested on Felony Methamphetamine Charges

CHADBOURN, NC — A local woman was arrested on drug-related charges during a law enforcement operation on the evening of August 4.

Kelly Marie Williams, 43, was booked into the Columbus County Detention Center at 5:46 p.m. by Columbus County Sheriff’s deputies. She faces a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Williams was released later that day after posting a $2,500 secured bond.
