About 25 years ago I created this out of thin air and slowly over the years that followed I perfected it into this delectable soup. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family and friends have over the years.

Step 9: Add your cheddar cheese and stir.

Step 10: Chop your last head of broccoli very fine and add to the pot. Stir. Continue to cook on medium low to low for another half an hour to an hour. Stir often.
