Ingredients
1 ½ Lbs Ground Beef
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
2 Cups Pecorino Romano Cheese
5 Eggs
1 TBSP Black pepper
¼ Cup Garlic Powder
1 Cup Parsley
Directions
Step One: In a large bowl put all of the ingredients and hand mix very well. You do not want to rush this as to avoid things clumping. Don’t be afraid to get in there as the time will be well worth it.

Step Two: Roll into balls.

Step Three: Heat oil and then add your meatballs to it. Temps vary but you don’t want it too low or it will be a greasy mess and you do not want it to be too high where they burn.

Cooking time is approximately 15 minutes.
Step Four: Place on paper towels to drain some of the oil.

These can be eaten right away but I would recommend putting them in your pasta sauce during the last couple of hours of cooking time. This will give you amazing meatballs to have with pasta.
NEVER cook these in the oven or by putting into your sauce raw.
