Willie Ray Fields, 59, of Evergreen, passed away on Tuesday morning, January 6, 2026, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville.
Willie was born on July 23, 1966, son of the late Curtis Eugene Fields and Ruby Lee Powers Fields. He was also preceded in death by his brother, David Fields.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2025, at Worthington Funeral Home with private burial to follow.
Visitation will be from 1:00-1:45 p.m. prior to the service on Friday.
The surviving family includes his wife, Carol Inman Fields; sons, Curtis Fields and Christopher Fields; grandchildren, Bryson, Avery, Raegan, Carli, Cameron, and Emma; siblings, Betty Williamson McAllister, Jimmy Fields, and Margie Moore.
