WHITEVILLE — Deputies arrested Joe Antonio Dantzler, 41, early June 24 after a warrant was issued for Assault by Pointing a Gun at a residence on Hickory Ridge Drive. Dantzler was booked at 3:06 a.m. and held without bond, a standard condition for certain violent misdemeanors under North Carolina law. He remains awaiting trial.
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
