Two Arrested in Hallsboro Storage Building Break‑In Involving 86‑Year‑Old Victim

HALLSBORO — Deputies arrested two men Thursday after a storage building was entered on Hallsboro Road South, according to the incident report. The victim, Thelma Skipper Faulk, 86, reported the break‑in around 11:09 a.m.

The report lists two suspects: a 56‑year‑old white male and a 31‑year‑old white male, 6’03”, 190 lbs, blond hair, blue eyes. Document citation: “Offense Description: 220 – Breaking & Entering… Victim: Faulk, Thelma Skipper.”
