The Cooking Corner: BBQ Country Ribs

As you all know by now from time to time I just like to create something out of thin air.  This week I did just that.  These ribs are tender and juicy and flavorful and simply to die for.  This would also work with chicken if you prefer.  Enjoy.

2 Boneless Country Ribs
¼ Cup Parsley
¼ Cup Garlic Powder
¼ Cup Onion Powder
1 TBSP Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
¼ Cup Smoked Paprika
2 Cups Water
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Step 1: In a bowl mix your parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, white pepper and smoked paprika.

Step 4: Lower heat to a simmer and continue to cook for about 30 minutes and then remove to cool a little.
