TABOR CITY, NC — A Tabor City resident was arrested shortly after midnight on Thursday on major littering and property damage charges.
Christopher Dale Gore, 40, of 121 Spivey Rd., Tabor City, was arrested by the Tabor City Police Department at 12:04 a.m. on Aug. 13.
Gore has been charged with felony littering of greater than 500 pounds and misdemeanor injury to real property. Official detention center records list Gore under “No Bond” status as he awaits his preliminary court appearance.
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
