Red 1998 Honda Shadow taken within 10‑minute window on June 9; detectives seek footage and tips
The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying those responsible for the theft of a motorcycle from the Green Swamp area.
According to investigators, a red 1998 Honda Shadow was stolen on June 9, 2026, from the 700 block of Green Swamp Road. The theft occurred in a narrow window between 8:30 p.m. and 8:40 p.m.
Detectives believe the motorcycle was loaded onto a trailer that was attached to a truck at the time of the theft.
Residents who live along Green Swamp Road or who were traveling through the area during that time are encouraged to review any home security footage, trail camera recordings, or note any suspicious activity they may have witnessed.
