BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC —Today, a Shallotte woman was arrested and charged with multiple felonies following a shooting investigation, according to authorities.
Summer Lysak was taken into custody on June 10 and charged with:
2 counts of attempted first‑degree murder and one count of discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling.
The charges stem from an incident in which shots were fired into a occupied home. Officials have not released additional details regarding motive.
