Roger Dale Todd, age 82, of Chadbourn, NC, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2026, in his home surrounded by his family. Born July 1, 1944, in Horry County, SC, he was the son of the late Nathan Todd and Elneda Hardin.
He is survived by two sons, Timmy Todd (Cathy) of Whiteville, NC and Richard Todd (Magon) of Whiteville, NC, one daughter, Louella Prease (Billy) of Whiteville, NC, one brother, Russell Todd of Thomasville, NC, six sisters, Joann Drye of Myrtle Beach, SC, Polly Caison of Myrtle Beach, SC, Magaline Porter of Florence, SC, Lisa Boneschans of Thomasville, NC, Sue Todd and Marie Todd, eight grandchildren, Meagan Todd, Shonna McPherson (Joe), Chris Nealey, Kyle Norris (Riley), Gunnar Todd (Lauren), Brendon Todd, Cameron Norris (Taylor) and Chandler Todd, fifteen great-grandchildren and six step grandchildren, Bryanna McKeithan, Ragon McKeithan, Isabella McKeithan, Easton McKeithan, Ryder McKeithan and Adalyn Britt.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Louise Todd, one son, Billy Wayne Todd, two brothers Don Todd and Bill Todd and three sisters, Kathy Todd, Myrtle Todd and Karen Poston.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00AM in the Myrtle Green Cemetery. The family will receive other family and friends following the service in the cemetery.
