Raybon Martin Duncan 76, of Whiteville passed away on Wednesday January 7, 2026.
Born August 16, 1949, in Columbus County he was the son of the late Arthur Duncan, stepfather, Nathan McCormick and mother, Mattie Duncan McCormick.
Left to cherish his memory are siblings, Dianna Long, Harry Lee (Donna), Perry McCormick (Phyllis) all of Whiteville, Betty Valente’ (Al) of Wilmington and Nathan McCormick, Jr. (Lorraine) of Winnabow; plus, several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, stepfather and his brother-in-law, Charles Long.
A memorial service will be held in Peacocks Chapel Sunday January 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM with Dr. Tommy Bryson officiating.
The family will receive friends at 2:00 PM at Peacock Funeral Home.
