MYRTLE BEACH, SC — The City of Myrtle Beach has announced that the grand opening of the highly anticipated Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial will coincide with the city’s annual Memorial Day observance this May.

​The dedication ceremony is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 25, at Warbird Park. The event marks a significant milestone for the community, providing a permanent place of reflection to honor the service and sacrifice of those who served during the Vietnam War.

​The ceremony will feature a distinguished program designed to honor local heroes and the national legacy of Vietnam veterans:
