Lloyd “Louie” Ward, 71, of Ed Ward Road in Clarendon, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, in the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Angel House.
Lloyd was born on December 22, 1954, son of the late Lory Ward and Lila Pearl Ward. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Betty Ward Carter, Jerry Wayne Ward, and Roy Dale Ward.
Lloyd loved riding bikes, or as he referred to them, his “wheels.”
The surviving family includes his siblings, Tammy Ward, Brenda Lawson, Janet Daniels, and Robert Ward.
