Alexander Preston Melton, 31 of Boiling Spring Lakes, North Carolina, passed on May 22, 2026.
Alex was born May 23, 1994, in El Paso, Texas son of Rodney Melton, Jr. and the late Denita Derr Creech. He attended South Brunswick High School as part of the class of 2012.
Alex is survived by a daughter, Anastasia Melton – White; his father, Rodney Melton, Jr.; a sister, Ariel Miller; a niece, Carlene Largin; and a nephew, James Wyatt Largin.
The family will have a memorial gathering on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm in the Peacock – Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel.
