RIEGELWOOD, NC — Riegelwood Baptist Church is gearing up for a bright and joyful summer celebration with its upcoming Vacation Bible School, themed “Illumination Station.” The three‑day event will run Friday, July 24 through Sunday, July 26 at the church, located at 103 NC‑87.
The program invites children and families to explore faith in a fun, creative atmosphere filled with music, crafts, and fellowship.
- Friday, July 24: 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday, July 25: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Sunday, July 26: 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
This year’s VBS will also include a special offering for Operation Christmas Child, part of Samaritan’s Purse, encouraging attendees to bring a small stuffed animal to donate. Organizers say the goal is to teach children about giving and compassion while enjoying a weekend of faith‑based fun.
Families across the community are invited to attend and participate in the festivities.
