MYRTLE BEACH, SC — The Horry County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has arrested Caleb Ryan Rabon, 19, on multiple charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators say they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding alleged criminal activity occurring on Google. Deputies identified Rabon during the follow‑up investigation and arrested him.
Rabon is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
