FDA Recall: “Tippy Toes” Apple Pear Banana Baby Food Pulled for Patulin Concerns

IF Copack LLC, doing business as Initiative Foods, has recalled one lot of its “Tippy Toes” Apple Pear Banana Fruit Purée after FDA testing found elevated levels of patulin, a mycotoxin that can form in mold‑affected fruit. No illnesses have been reported.

The recall covers two‑pack tubs with UPC 036800265783, lot number 07174, best‑by date July 17, 2026, and package code INIA0120. The product was distributed nationwide (with exception of Alaska) and may also have reached Guam and Puerto Rico.
