FDA RECALL:  My Wife’s Slaw, based in Zanesville, Ohio, has issued a voluntary recall of its Original and Jalapeno Heat coleslaw after determining the products were adulterated because they were produced without required inspection. Safety parameters for the coleslaw could not be verified.

The recall covers all 8‑oz and 16‑oz glass mason jars sold between April 1 and April 28, 2026. Products were sold exclusively online through mywifeslaw.web.app and were available for nationwide shipping, including to North Carolina.

No illnesses have been reported. The company advises anyone experiencing symptoms of foodborne illness to contact a healthcare provider.
