FDA RECALL: Kettle Cuisine LLC has issued a voluntary recall of Marketside Tomato Bisque Soup Kits distributed to Walmart stores after routine testing indicated a presumptive positive for Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported.
The recall covers 14‑ounce Marketside Tomato Bisque Soup Kits with best‑by date August 22, 2026 and UPC 194346474004.
Approximately 3,240 units were shipped to Walmart locations between June 30 and July 7 across multiple states, including North Carolina.
Consumers should not consume the product. The kits may be discarded or returned to Walmart, which is offering refunds for the recalled item.
Hands and surfaces should be washed after handling. Listeria infection may cause fever, nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, or more severe symptoms in high‑risk individuals.
This recall does not affect other Marketside soup varieties.
