FAIR BLUFF — A Fair Bluff man was arrested early Friday on a habitual felon charge and multiple drug felonies.
Davon Shaqille McRoy, 28, was booked at 12:43 a.m. on: – Habitual felon – PWIMSD Schedule II controlled substance Document citation: “Bond Amount/Type: $100,000.00 / Unsecured Bond… $50,000.00 / Secured Bond.”
Habitual felon status in North Carolina elevates any new felony by one class, often resulting in multi‑year prison sentences.
McRoy was released later the same day.
