Evergreen Man Held Without Bond on Burglary, Assault, and Domestic Charges

EVERGREEN — A 21‑year‑old Evergreen man is facing a long list of felony and misdemeanor charges after deputies arrested him on May 14.

ANTONIO DASHAWN GREEN was booked at 7:33 p.m. on charges including:

  • First‑degree burglary
  • Second‑degree burglary
  • Assault on a female
  • Assault with a deadly weapon
  • Domestic criminal trespass
  • Two counts of misdemeanor larceny

Green was held without bond on the burglary charges, which is permitted under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A‑533(b) when the offense involves a violent felony.

Green also faces a separate Failure to Appear charge with a $500 secured bond.

All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
