Chadbourn Traffic Stop Yields Drug Arrest

Chadbourn NC – Jack David Bowen II, 42, of Chadbourn, is awaiting trial following a drug-related arrest by Columbus County deputies. Bowen is charged with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, and two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,500 secured.
