Seven firearms, including stolen and fully automatic weapons recovered during countywide operation.
Bolivia, NC — A months‑long investigation by the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Vice/Narcotics Unit, working with the SBI and assisted by the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, has led to multiple arrests and the seizure of large quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, and illegally possessed firearms.
Investigators say they purchased 691 grams of methamphetamine and 35 grams of cocaine during the operation while identifying individuals believed to be distributing narcotics across the county.
Arrests
Charges were filed against Terrance Fullwood, Dashawn Fullwood, Damond Stanley, Lashama Fullwood, Richard Clemmons, and Katelyn Woodell on a range of trafficking, conspiracy, PWIMSD, and weapons‑related offenses.
Four residential search warrants resulted in the recovery of:
– 261 grams of methamphetamine
– 268 grams of cocaine
– 8 grams of fentanyl
– Seven firearms, including two stolen and three modified with auto sears
– $14,891 in cash
Sheriff Brian Chism said removing the illegally modified firearms was especially significant, noting that each weapon taken off the street represents “a potential act of violence prevented.”
Additional arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
