Brenda Kay Gibson Wilson, 77, of Clarkton, passed away at her home on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
Brenda was born on December 20, 1948, to the late Arthur Lee Gibson and Reba Bernice Gause. She was also preceded in death by her son, Talley Earl Gibson and her brother, Marvin Dale Lewis Tyson.
Graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at the Flynn Cemetery with Pastor David Kelly officiating.
The surviving family includes her husband, Mark Allen Wilson of the home; sons, Ted Gibson and Ned Gibson; daughter, Shana Michelle Gibson Hammond; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Jimmy Michael Gipson, Johnny Dewitt Gibson, and Lois Ann Jackson; along with a host of loving nieces and nephews.
