Bolivia, NC — Gerald Decker, a member of VFW Post 12196 in Leland, visited Brunswick Community College to present Dr. Gene Smith and Teresa Nelson with a $1,200 gift establishing the Beadles Family Scholarship, sponsored by the Veterans Creative Arts Program.
The scholarship is designed to support veterans, active‑duty military, and first responders as they advance their education and career goals at BCC.
