Annual sale returns with fresh plants, great prices, and hands‑on support from BCC horticulture students
The sale will take place on Friday, April 17, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Building K on the Brunswick Community College (BCC) Main Campus.
Shoppers can expect a wide selection of house plants, annuals, perennials, vegetables, and herbs, all grown and prepared by BCC horticulture students.
The event is known for offering healthy plants at accessible prices, making it a favorite stop for spring planting and home beautification.
Students will be on-site throughout the day to help visitors choose the right plants for their space, answer gardening questions, and share insight into the program’s hands-on training. For many attendees, the opportunity to learn directly from students is part of the draw.
Early arrival is encouraged, as the most sought-after varieties tend to sell quickly.
The plant sale supports experiential learning within the Horticulture & Turfgrass Management program, giving students real-world experience in plant production, customer service, and event operations.
The community is invited to stop by, browse the selection, and take home something fresh and beautiful for the season.
