Another food staple I grew up with and this is so simple and so tasty that you will want to make it all the time. You will need a good Pasta Sauce for this recipe.
Ingredients
Thin Sliced Beef
Parsley
Black Pepper
Pecorino Romano Cheese
Tooth Picks
Olive Oil
Directions
Step 1: Place your beef on a tray and sprinkle with some black pepper. (I used a top round roast that I cut on a meat slicer) (Refer to photos as there are no exact measurements for these ingredients)

Step 2: Sprinkle some parsley.

Step 3: Sprinkle some pecorino Romano cheese.

Step 4: Carefully roll the beef and insert toothpicks to assure they stay together. (Keep track of how many tooth picks you use so none are left in the sauce when you are finished)

Step 5: Heat a pan and add some olive oil. Place your Braciola into the pan to cook.

Step 6: Cook until the get a nice crust and are cooked through. This should take around 5 minutes.

Step 7: Remove from pan and put directly into your pot of tomato sauce and cook for at least 2 hours. (For a tougher cut of beef you can cook it longer as you should be able to cut with a fork when finished)
Serve and Enjoy!
