WHITEVILLE, NC — Residents of all ages are invited to come together for a day focused on wellness, education, and community connection as the Adult & Youth Community Health Fair arrives at Whiteville Parks & Recreation on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 1 to 5 p.m.
Hosted by Back 2 Blacktop, the event aims to make health resources more accessible while creating a fun, family‑friendly atmosphere. Organizers say the fair will offer a wide range of opportunities for both adults and youth to learn, engage, and take meaningful steps toward healthier living.
Attendees can explore local health resources, receive free health screenings, and learn about healthy lifestyles, including nutrition, wellness habits, and the importance of physical activity. The fair will also highlight ongoing efforts to address racial disparities in health care, providing educational materials and conversations designed to empower the community.
In addition to health-focused programming, the event will feature music, food, physical activities, and raffle prizes, creating an upbeat environment that encourages families to participate together.
The fair will be held at 155 Rec Center Drive, Whiteville, and organizers encourage everyone to stop by, meet local health partners, and enjoy an afternoon dedicated to community well‑being.
