SOUTHPORT, NC — Young performers looking to explore their creativity, boost self-confidence, and build teamwork skills will soon have a dedicated space to shine as registration opens for the Fall 2026 semester of Stagestruck Studio.
Designed for youth ages 11 through 18, the program offers a hands-on introduction to performance art through a wide dynamic of activities, including drama games, improvisation, vocal development, scene study, and stage movement. Whether participants are drawn to comedy, storytelling, or serious dramatic roles, the program aims to foster imagination and collaboration in a supportive environment.
Led by veteran instructor Debbie Skillman, classes are scheduled to take place on Monday evenings from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, running from September 14 through November 23, 2026.
To ensure personalized instruction and active group dynamics, class size is strictly capped at a maximum of 12 students, with a minimum requirement of 7 participants.
