WHITEVILLE, NC — A local Whiteville woman was taken into custody early Wednesday morning after law enforcement officers caught up with her on outstanding felony warrants originating from neighboring Bladen County.
Deputies executed the arrest of 28-year-old Brittany Adrianna Morgan around midnight on Wednesday. According to law enforcement logs, Morgan was wanted by the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office after failing to appear in court to answer to two separate felony cases.
Following her arrest in Columbus County, Morgan was taken to the local detention center for processing on behalf of Bladen County authorities. She remains in custody under a $10,000 secured bond.
