Two Males Arrested in Boiling Spring Lakes Residential Break-In Investigation

BOILING SPRING LAKES, NC — A multi-agency investigation into a string of residential crimes has led to the arrest of two local men, according to officials with the Boiling Spring Lakes Police Department.

Alex John Bencina, 22, and Nicholas Michael Osborne, 23, both residents of Boiling Spring Lakes, were taken into custody following an ongoing probe into reports of breaking and entering alongside larceny within the community. Authorities confirmed that both individuals are facing multiple felony charges, including felony breaking and/or entering and felony larceny after breaking and/or entering.

Law enforcement officials are continuing to monitor the situation and urge the public to remain vigilant.

The Boiling Spring Lakes Police Department is asking anyone who may have additional information regarding these specific incidents, or anyone who observes suspicious activity in their neighborhood, to contact emergency services immediately by calling 9-1-1.
