The Town of Leland’s Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Leland Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Drive. The meeting is open to the public.
The agenda includes approval of minutes from the October 7, 2025 and November 4, 2025 meetings, followed by board and staff introductions. Oaths of office will be administered to John Boyer, John Crowder, Cody Watkins, and Debbie Willis.
Board members will conduct their annual election of a chair and vice chair. The meeting also includes Rules of Procedure training and quasi‑judicial training for the Board of Adjustment.
Under old and new business, the board will review ongoing items, followed by monthly staff, board, and committee reports.
The next regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment is scheduled for September 1, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
