Tabor City Man Held Without Bond on Forcible Rape and Sexual Offense Charges

TABOR CITY — A Tabor City man is being held without bond after deputies charged him with second‑degree forcible rape and related offenses.

Reagan Craig Worley, 23, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. Thursday on: – Second‑degree forcible rape – Second‑degree sexual offense – Sexual battery Document citation: “Bond Amount/Type: $0.00 / No Bond… Felony / Awaiting Trial.”

Second‑degree rape is a Class C felony in North Carolina, carrying a potential sentence of more than a decade in prison.

Worley remains in custody.

All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
