Family Fun and Flavor Coming to Sandyfield
The Town of Sandyfield will host its Food Truck Festival on Saturday, June 27, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 1811 Woodyard Road, next to the Sandyfield Volunteer Fire Department. The event will take place on the Town Hall grounds, which include open space, a small playground, and a basketball court frequently used for community gatherings.
Families can expect an afternoon of food trucks, music, and kid‑friendly activities. The festival is designed as a relaxed, come‑and‑go event where residents and visitors can enjoy good food and fellowship. The playground and basketball court give children room to safely play while adults enjoy the food and entertainment.
Sandyfield covers 2.98 square miles, making it one of Columbus County’s smallest incorporated towns. The community centers around Woodyard Road and Old Lake Road, with the Town Hall serving as a gathering point for local events.
The festival is free to attend, and guests can purchase food from a variety of food trucks.
