WHITEVILLE — Misram Ponciano Cua Contreras, 34, of Raleigh, was arrested Saturday on charges of fictitious registration, fictitious information to an officer, and related traffic violations, according to detention center records.
Deputies listed a $500 secured bond for the registration charge, with additional charges included in other.
Contreras remains in custody awaiting trial.
