Norman Lee Blackwell, age 79, passed away on June 4, 2026 at Liberty Commons in Whiteville.
Norman was born on February 13, 1947 to the late Early Blackwell and Annie Mae Nobles Blackwell. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Hall; and siblings, James Howard Blackwell, Earl Jr. Blackwell, and Dennis Blackwell.
No services will be held at this time.
Surviving family includes siblings, Eva Jane Nobles, Teresa B. Lane, Opal B. Little, Deborah B. Crawford, Francis B. Bowen, Dorothy B. Nobles, and Karen B. Cribb.
