WHITEVILLE, NC — NCWorks Career Center will host a hiring event for Classical Charter Schools on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will take place at Southeastern Community College, Building A, located at 4564 Chadbourn Highway in Whiteville.
The event is aimed at connecting job seekers with multiple openings across the Classical Charter Schools network. Representatives from NCWorks and the American Job Center network will be available to assist applicants, answer questions, and provide career guidance.
Available positions include:
- Substitute Teachers — Part-time, $110–$135 per day
- Bus Monitors — Part-time, $15–$42 per trip
- Bus Drivers — Part-time, $25–$63 per trip
- Teachers — Full-time, $41,000–$50,000 per year, based on experience
- Teacher Assistants — Full-time, $32,730 per year
