RALEIGH — The North Carolina Education Lottery is turning up the heat this month with four new scratch-off games debuting as part of its First Tuesday lineup, including a $20 ticket loaded with millions in prizes.
The headliner, Extreme Money Blowout, arrives with more than $70 million in total prizes and an unusually high number of mid‑tier payouts. The game features 6,000 top prizes of $2,000, along with frequent $100 and $200 wins — a structure the lottery says makes the game “extreme” by design.
Three additional games also hit retailers today:
- $1 Lucky 7’s — Offers a bonus box with a chance to triple the prize.
- $5 Diamonds and Dollars — Includes an instant $30 win feature.
- $5 Jungle Cashword — Gives players a chance to double prizes and earn a free game.
