Missing Juvenile: Horry County Police Searching for 17‑Year‑Old Little River Girl

HCPD says the teen attempted to fly out of Myrtle Beach International Airport but never boarded

HORRY COUNTY, SC — The Horry County Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Devine Celebre Quimbo, 17, of Little River, who was reported missing after leaving her residence off Spa Drive.

Investigators say Quimbo attempted to fly out of Myrtle Beach International Airport but was issued a refund and did not board a flight. Police report she does not have her cellphone or any type of tracking device with her.

Friends in the Philippines told authorities their last communication with Quimbo occurred while she was at the North Myrtle Beach Library. A clothing description is not available.

Quimbo is described as having long black hair and brown eyes, standing approximately 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighing around 100 pounds.
