Joyce Juanita Haggins 86, of Shallotte passed on March 23,2026 at Autumn Care Nursing Facility, she was born on October 9, 1939. The daughter of the late Ms. Frances Hewett.
She is survived by son Leon Caison (Brenda) of Wilmington, daughters Joyce Locklear (James Skaggs) of Oak Island, Marie Pate of Laurinburg and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother, brothers Samuel Haggins and William Haggins, daughters Linda Stone and Bonnie Stone and granddaughter Sheila Marie Yates.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Peacock Funeral Home in Whiteville by Rev. Ronnie Wilson. The family will receive friends from 12 PM to 2 PM prior to her service.
