Kenneth Talmadge Vereen Cox, 30, of Clarendon, was booked following a series of traffic violations that escalated into a hit-and-run. Cox was charged with driving while impaired (DWI), driving with a revoked license (not impaired revocation), hit and run leaving the scene of property damage, reckless driving to endanger, and failure to reduce speed. He was given secured bonds totaling $12,500.
